  • What is my login password?

    By default your password is the serial number of the first product you have purchased from us or registered.

  • Do your plug-ins work on my Apple Mac PowerPC (PPC)?

    Sorry, our Mac OS X plug-ins do not support PowerPC processor.

  • I hear crackles, pops and glitches when I use a plug-in in FL Studio?

    Enable "Use fixed size buffers" under the Processing tab in Wrapping settings menu (the gear icon on the Fruity Wrapper window) .

  • Do I need to pay any royalties or fee when I use your softwares?

    No, you have the right to use the Software freely, provided the Software is used for music composition and/or sound design for both commercial and non-commercial projects. This include any performance or other types of representations. We don't claim any fees or rights on your work.

  • Is your payment system secure?

    Transactions are handled through PayPal for credit card or bank transfer payment. You don't need a PayPal account to buy the softwares. This is a service used by over 150 million Internet users, and it is one of the best ways to place orders on e-commerce websites.

  • I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

    To retrieve a new password for your user account, click on "I've lost my password" on the login page then enter your registered email address and click on "´╗┐Send me the password reset link".

  • I really appreciate your free softwares. Can I make a donation?

    We don't take donations for our free products. If you really like our freebie and would like to show your appreciation, consider purchasing one of our commercial products.

  • The plugin opens fine, but produces no sound or the track becomes silent?

    Try to run your DAW as administrator. On Windows 7 and Vista, right click on your DAW icon and click on "Run as administrator".

  • How are your products delivered?

    Our products are only available as digital download. When you purchase a Tek'it Audio product, a customer account is created (only for your first purchase) then you get a download link and a license key.

  • I have a great plugin idea, or can you add a feature to Plugin X?

    At Tek'it Audio we love to hear your requests for new plug-ins or feature enhancements for our current plug-ins. Actually some of our best features and plug-ins come from our users, so if you have any suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What are the demo limitations?

    The demo versions are fully functional but are restricted by occasional silence and a splash screen. Also you are not allowed to use it in production you distribute freely and/or sell.

  • How do I know the version of the plug-in I am using?

    In most of our plug-ins, simply click on the icon "Information" to bring up an information screen where you will find the version number.

  • Can I install your plugins on more than one computer?

    Yes, you don't need multiple licenses to install our plug-ins on more than one computer as long as they are all yours and that your are the only user of the plug-in on this system .

  • Do your plug-ins work on 64-bit Windows XP, Vista, 7 and/or 8?

    Yes, all our products are fully compatible with 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. Actually we distribute only 32 bit versions of our plug-ins, but all 64 bit host can load them through the use of a bit bridge like jBridge.

  • I want to share tracks with other users but I don't have a SoundClound account?

    You don't need to log in on SoundCloud for uploads to our dropbox (http://soundcloud.com/tekit-audio/dropbox/) but you'll need to confirm your email. Or if you prefer contact us at contact@tekit-audio.com to find another solution.
